I know personally how easy it is to become a little to attached to our phones, as this is what happened to me a few years ago. But I also know how much better it feels to be in control and more mindful of how I use my phone.

In the first lesson I takes you through the design and thinking behind the devices and apps we use. This gives us knowledge that we can then use to change our habits. We will look at why we are so drawn to our devices and why managing our tech and being mindful about our use so important.

Lesson 2 - Changing our device

We start taking action in this lesson! I will take you through changes you can make to your device to help you become more mindful of your use. Specifically we will look at setting yourself up for success on your phone or mobile device – these are the ones the majority of us  struggle with.

Lesson 3 - Changing our habits

In this lesson I will empower you and show you that you can change your habits and be even more mindful of your tech use in this attention economy. I will take you through the science of habit formation, the habit loop and how you can disrupt your habits to make positive changes to your tech use.
